The way Ashley literally RUNS to get the customers their drinks makes me smile. She's just so in love with her job.

Ashley Clark is a Bar Rescud legend! She performed the ultimate carry job.

Angelica's reaction to getting promoted was wholesome. She truly deserved it.

The fact that Brandon wasn't the manager from the start was baffling. He was the only employee at Oasis who gave a crap.

I’ve been seeing Ashley in a lot of the Bar Rescue clips training other bartenders. I had no idea she came from a bar that Jon Taffer fixed up.

Credit to Nick for acknowledging his limitations and handing the bar to the right person without any fuss

I love how John just takes a bars best bartender for himself😂😂 like he doesn’t have enough

Nick's attempt to bartend in the second clip was basically me during an exam forgetting everything I studied the night prior.

I do feel for Brandon at Oasis. The man was professional, focused on the job, he listened to Joe's training, and knew when to call out any BS from the staff. Including the owner. I do hope he is at a better job now.

I love how all of Jon's team keeps looking at Ashley with anime heart eyes. She deserved that recognition and opportunity. She's an asset to the industry as a whole with that kind of drive and passion.

Ashley is a bartending BEAST! It’s no surprise Jon recruited her to be on his elite A-team and took her on the road

Ashley is the FULL package. Delightful, wickedly smart, talented, gorgeous, tons of unique style, huge personality, great tats, and no nonesense. Perfect woman to look up to.

Credit to Nick. It takes a strong man to acknowledge that he's in over his head.

I'm still amazed by Ashley just hammering out those drinks so smoothly and accurately. If there's a Bartender Hall Of Fame, she deserves a spot in it.

It's great that Nick realized it would be better to take a step back. Sometimes you have to take a step back to move forward.

Ashley really *is* a rock star. A perfect combination of skill, passion, look, and personality. It's awesome to see somebody that passionate about the job.

If there ever is a "Bartender Hall Of Fame" Ashley would be the inaugural inductee.

When Jon is talking at normal volume, he sounds like a mob boss. Menacingly calm and quiet. The louder he gets, the more he sounds like Gilbert Gottfried XD.

We all love the drama and anger, but seeing the PASSION and hard work first hand from both Taffer’s rescuing businesses that had a chance and these heavy hitters that finally got a big break is what makes this show worth it!

Ashley is honestly my favorite bartender, and I think it's great that Jon gave her the opportunity to help on some rescues. She is a rock star. I hope to see more of her in the future.

This is exactly what I loved about these rescue series. Every crappy failing job has employees who really care, try hard, want to learn and do better. There are always people who want to elevate the place they work for so they can be proud of everything about it, not just their own performance. They are the ones who should be 'head of', 'supervisor', 'manager' because they are the ones who will encourage good workers to stick around, pick up the pace and standards of subpar workers, and give everyone a fire to be better today.

Every business rescue depends on finding your rockstars, getting everyone up to their standards, and not slacking off once the money comes back.
