I use the keyboard shortcuts (right CTRL+K) to cut and (right CTRL+L) to silence/mute after selecting the portion I need to edit. If I need to split the audio so I can move it (for longer pauses if needed), I use right CTRL + i. Hope this helps!

Hi Anna, thanks very much, I'm finding your videos very clear and useful. I have just gotten myself some good equipment (RODE NT1-A mic & Focusrite Scarlett headphones and Solo interface) and have a Fiverr account and Audacity installed, but am just learning so far, so am not ready to create my first gig just yet. Can you please tell us how we should title the audio file and what tags to use in the Metadata box (16:02)? And also, what does it mean to provide "split files"? Thanks very much from sunny Scotland, where 22C (72F) is considered hot! :)

Hi there Anna, I just had one question. I am planning to offer VOs for commercials, but my strength also lies in doing character voices for animations, games etc... so i thought mentioning both in same would affect fiverr SEO.
So can i create 2 separate gigs titled: "I will do american male voice over" and " I will be your male voice actor"?
Would love to hear your thoughts on that
