Ricotta Cheese Bake
1 C ricotta cheese
1/2 C shredded mozzarella
1 egg
1 t Italian seasoning
1/2 C marinara sauce (or rosa sauce)
s/p to taste

Beat egg and add ricotta, seasoning, and 1/2 mozzarella in bowl and mix well.
Pour into baking dish
Top with sauce and then cheese

Bake 20-25 mins at 350'
