First off, love your videos, they have helped me tremendously in my sales job and have helped set me apart from others. I have recently reached out and used a frequency function for the first time, but still am not really sure how it works. Since this is the closest video to my question, I decided to post it here. 

Could you explain more on how this function works in a video possibly? Or point me in the right direction to understand. 

If you look at the near the bottom, thats what worked out.
