Green tea in the afternoon. And freshly squeezed lemon water in the morning. 👌🏻no soda. Just water with some extra health benefits.

And a cup of bone broth once and a while 😭😂I have yet to learn how to make this

This guy took green tea extract, maybe too much and now needs a liver transplant and maybe kidney transplant as well. Just drink regular green tea.
