July 6, 2022. The day i realised I need to weigh myself every morning for the rest of my life. I've had eating issues since childhood. Every time I've gotten healthier I've eventually lost focus and slipped back. Its been coming for a while but this little segment of conversation crystallised something for me. Thanks.
