Hey guys if you're struggling still, what I did was move the whole chord to the middle of my guitar, sure it sounds bad but this is just for practice. Practice the shape of the chord as well as barring it, i find barring was a lot easier in the middle and this method took me to the next level and now I can do f chords.

2. Watch Vids about the proper technique
3. Memorize the shape until it become muscle memory
4. Usa capo to lessen the tension when practicing f chord

I learned the f barre chord by learning the shapes on the higher frets because it’s a little more closer making it easier to make the shapes. As I got better I slowly made my way down the neck to get the f barre chord with ease

Mr Jones by Counting Crows is another great one. You also get to practise a little syncopation with it too as a lot of the chord changes fall one eighth note ahead.
