Abby, I bought the Samsung S90D largely but not solely on your review and recommendation. It is absolutely spectacular with a stunning picture just using the movie setting right out of the box with no calibration. I'm surprised TCL got shut out. Other reviewers seem to prefer them to the Hisense offerings this year. Also, RTINGS doesn't put much emphasis on screen uniformity anymore, which is one of the most important things about any TV in my opinion.

Problem with the s90d is, not all of them have a qd-OLED panel. In my country, the Netherlands, only the 65” does. Other sizes come with a woled panel, which isn’t as powerful in a Samsung as in an LG or a Sony.

Why does LG G4 or C4 is not mentioned? I had seen the comparisons and in almost every comparison at the channel, it comes as the best choice.

Just setup my A95L. It’s ridiculous and great. Truly the King. I returned the S95D because the 1 connect is inconvenient for wall mounted TVs

Just bought the Hisense u6n in 65”- I feel good about it after watching this.

Was able to purchase the 77" LG B4 through LG direct for $1, 429 USD (11/04/24). Currently priced at $1, 599 at LG and Best Buy). I could not be more pleased with this TV, simply amazing, especially considering the Samsung 77" S90D hasn't dropped below $2, 199 and the 77" C4 has only dropped as low as $1, 869. Samsung is doing great in oled panels, people tend to forget the A95L literally has a Samsung panel. Don’t get me wrong the A95L is the best oled overall but people bashing on Samsung for no reason.
