Pitching with both arms is probably the most impressive thing I've seen. Very hard to do

Without any words, I love how both the Pitcher & Batter screw with the obviously flustered Umpire

Why don't switch hitters use helmets that have both sides, save alot of time.

He should learn how to throw a knuckleball from both sides of the plate.

the rules are so fuckign broken, mlb just made them up on the spot for him. there are hundreds of thousands of switch hitters and ONE switch pitcher in history. he should have the advantage to decide what side he wants to throw based on hitter, not the other way around

if this guy was a starter he could throw 200 pitches

I'm mad that Pat didn't argue more. There's only one switch pitcher at the time. It should've benefited him. It should be the batter who has to make the choice of which side first.

“Hey Pat! You can pitch right-handed if you want” The umpire literally doesn’t know the Venditte Rule, so he’s making the hitter run back and forth to change his helmet.

Why is Bob Davidson always trying to create a situation? at 1:00 it sounds like he says "Hey Pat, you can pitch right handed if you want." Thats not even the rule and regardless, he shouldn't be telling the pitcher how to pitch

that umpire must’ve felt weird saying that
“Hey Pat ! You can pitch right handed if you want”

lol, me and my family were watching the blue jays a couple of weeks ago, and venditte was pitching and i swore he switched hands so i told my parents and they didn't believe so we had to go back and check again and I was right!

The umpire told him he could switch. Just confusion through out

You would think a switch hitter prefers a full helmet instead of a single sided one but i digress 😂
