Can you claim a million subscribers?! Of course! This channel is incredibly valuable. Once you hit that critical mass of viewers to appease the algorithm, I think the channel will rapidly surge toward a million; there are so many valuable videos that once the target audience watches one video, they'll watch more, which is what the algorithm loves; the second 100k will be a lot faster than the first 100k! I’m in the market selling a multi unit property. (12 units). Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. A prospective buyer asked me to pay 3percent closing costs. I said no. Thanks for the info.
