I found a deal but I am a newby. They are willing to do seller financing if there is a large down payment but I haven't talked to anyone personally yet. I would have to talk to hubby and my son to see if they would flip it for me. Not sure about the area either. Not sure how houses are selling there. Love your videos. I am learning so much.

I would like to see how you write it in the contract, contingencies and do we add an addendum to the terms of the seller financing. As a balloon payment do we pay the full 8% interest or if we sell in 4 months do we just pay the 4months.
