I just saw your video i have a question

1.So if you live in cali and are buying product like from alibaba or ali express is this the permit you need to sell products to customers and which is called retail right?
2. If you have a online website and you dont know what state in the usa customer are going to buy on your website from need do you need to be liscened in every state in the us or just the state you live in and pretty much sell it online and ship the product to the state customer lives in?
