Good morning. With the simplicity of your idea in the second raised bed, you have made my job easier, and more economical. I watched another youtuber confront the same problem of most of the water being used at the head of system, and much less water at the end of the system. His idea cured the problem, but with an "octopus" of splitters. You solved the same problem simply and efficiently. By the way, I had purchased the same kit as you. Hope you had a great season 3 years ago, and even better at the present.

Nice video. I like the closed loop system of the second bed which would provide more even watering throughout the hose length. This past season was my first using soaker hoses, and my setup wasn't as sophisticated, but I'll make improvements next year.

Hello, great video, how long do you suggest running the soaker hose? Is there an equation based on square footage?

So soaker hoses work better in a closed loop kind of like how you have the second system. It will drip more evenly. So like with your green leader hose system the ends of your soaker hose I would t like you did the first green system and then return that to your brass hose 4 way. That way water comes from both directions. Causing it to water better and more evenly.

Thank you for the info. I just finished my set up but I didn't use the kit they sell, I simply used the hose with the end cap and simply wound it around my garden. Question: how many minutes and how many days a week do you run your system? TY.
