Sounds like the position expressed was to change the patent law from protecting inventors to protecting non-inventors being able to afford getting to market. I don't see any convincing reason the first one to report an observed fact produced by a process they had put no unique or novel effort into should get an exclusive right over it. Would seem like just what ever regulation defines some costly bottleneck process to bring something to market should give that exclusivity for having gone through the process.

Andrei my dude my guy, move the mic (or get one) so the audio is better, pick up the receiver or use your phone. I can hear the audio artifacting form the AI programs they used to boost what you are saying or trying to say. I wonder how the case by case basis rulings are going to work when AI is used to reverse engineer something better then the original product in a way that is 'legally" a different product? Or AI synthesizing food tastes but the product is low quality and potentially deadly or a synthesized Coca-Cola? I don't see how spending money on AI in the office will make it better.leave it to the side till its good. Use the money to bring back the easy, inexpensive patent for the Avg. Joe. I don't understand how the patent office is (I think? maybe) still crap. I havent heard of any big new changes. Like is it still 100k and five years to patent something? IDK that seems like a bad thing

yeah, but if you can't afford the cure because of greedy drug makers, what's the point that AI figure it out and let it be public property

One more question. Does China have the same standards that the US have AI? Can I get a patent in China using the AI Europe using an AI pens are only used for the US so we need to get our act together and it's all about invasion.
