Update on how truethfull is it that when submitting a screen script to a movie production you don't really have to register for a copyright certificate but just embed a copyright disclaimer at the bottom of your script cover page and in that way it is automatically protected by a SA copyright law?If that is true whilst it is not the case with other countries where they consider copyright certificate then what happens when a SA script gets infringed by a foreign production company?Question 3–would I be protected if i put disclaimer ® instead of © at the bottom of a movie script?Quiry 4–elaborate on how do you just be protected by just putting your script (IP) out there without applying/registering for a copyright and how do you ensure that you get protected that way?
