I love how he actually knows his friends inside out. And how he automatically talks about them first.

And on this day. At thirty three years of age it has dawned on me. I had never heard Anthony speak before.

You can tell Anthony cares deeply for his bandmates. This is part of the reason of why the peppers are so succesful

Dude talked about all his friends origins stories and didn't even stutter a bit... He knows those stories by heart... Fucking beautiful... Had me smiling the whole time

The Frusciante family background makes 110% sense. That dude has music in his DNA

I'm really glad the RHCP never broke up or anything like that drama, they're masterful together.

"He was a little stoner living in the suburbs of michigan" never related to someone so much

Met Anthony in 1995 at his then girlfriends dads funeral at the funeral home my grandfather owned. It was during the recording sessions for “One hot minute”. That chance encounter with him, flea, & chad changed my life. He took the time to hang out w me and talk and play my guitar for almost an hr. I couldn’t believe he took that amount of time during a funeral none the less, to talk w me and hang out. What a great person. Hell of a guy imo.🙏

Been a rhcp fan for over 30 years and I’ll say that’s what I admire the most that they get along good and love each other like brothers .

What's crazy is Anthony is like the only one with no musical experience, but they all compliment each other so well. RHCP forever!

This is so true. I'm a pro level drummer not famous lol but I make a solid living just playing session and gigs/ live. I grew up with a horrible home life with horrible parents, mother was a heroin addic and father a bad alcoholic but somehow I talked them into buying me my first full drum kit at 9 years old and never looked back and now at 40 I got my dream setup and I have almost literally played every single day of my life after getting that first kit.

I’ve read his book scar tissue a few times, and that’s literally the perfect analogy of Anthony’s own journey into music.

This is pretty heartwarming to hear. Everyone needs friends like this

That’s not an exaggeration, John frusicante literally played guitar 12 hours a day from age 12-18 and that’s how he became a god guitarist and entered the rhcp at age 19.

The Red Hott Chili peppers are a blessing to music, they're irreplaceable legends. I love so many of their songs.

Anthony is incredibly conscious about details. He sees everyone in his life through a unique light, as he describes in his book.

My grandfather was an Italian immigrant who came to America legally with nothing. He was a famous Italian singer in his little town in Italy. And now he is my inspiration to play electric guitar and I’ve been playing for five years now. Why I’m saying was bc he passed a couple of years ago
