Honestly I think blaze is heavily a location thing. The one in my city is always good and is really well managed. I went to one while on vacation though and the place was shockingly messy, with many of the toppings being spilled onto the counter, floors, and even other topping containers. They also took the pizza out way too early so it was chewy and doughy. So I could see how people don’t like blaze if they have the misfortune of having a bad one near where they live.
