There's a point where Mseleku has to start vetting men to see if they actually qualify to have a polygamy marriage if they want his help cause this man clearly doesn't qualify in 3 factors

1. Clearly he doesn't have the money for it and his clearly not the breadwinner. So his not financially stable

2. Has he completed his obligations to his 1st wife, no she's not even his wife fully

3. Can he control his household, no we all saw the way that Little was speaking to the half-wife and he let that happened
