very difficult explanation to follow. You flash over screens without allowing the viewer to look at them for a moment. Some of the options you described in settings, do not appear anywhere in my Nord VPN settings, on the app. for example, no where can I find this Killswitch you described.

I've tried to report a problem following your advice, but the form doesn't work. At least it loads, but the buttons at the bottom - to submit the problem - do not work (or become blue). The instructions for uploading a screenshot are ridiculously complex - much like the set-up of the app itself - and it is not possible to upload a screenshot with a simple 'paste' function.
