Hello, Thanks for posting this video. This didn't work for me. I'm running windows 10 and am getting the ERR_SSL error on most https websites and sites that require logging in. I have tried resetting/installing chrome, clearing the SSL's, and resetting all network settings. I have checked the SSL and TLS settings and tried enabling and disabling SSL 3.0 and 2.0. None of that worked so I wiped my HDD and reinstalled windows 10, did all the updates and drivers and tried again. But the SSL_error is still there. Other symptoms of the SSL_ERROR are that my downloads fail. I hope you can help.
