I bought one of these with a reel. It was a high end RHE 143 Plus and cost a pretty penny. It was damaged in transit. I checked if it worked and the pressure washing part of it appeared fine. However, the reel was attached to the plastic housing which was cracked and came away. It appeared to have broke during transit. I thought that given the weight of the reel, it should be attached to the machine's frame and not the housing. A second machine was sent to replace the first with the exact same cracked housing. To me, this is less an issue with transport and more of a design flaw by Stihl. Attaching a heavy reel to the cheap and weak plastic housing is actually a really stupid thing to do. I don't wish to be rude but I cannot recommend Stihl nor any brand that does this. For the record, I did not buy this off John Miller Garden Machinery.

Hi, I bought the RE90 and the hose is cheap junk. I have no problem upgrading it, what type of coupler is on these electric models. Totally different than standard quick connects on their gas models and nearly everything else. Thanks.

I have a RE 115K and for a hose replacement it cost almost 200.00 can. Be aware before buying stihl pressure washers, all replacement parts are very expensive. They are not worth the price.
