That's not Capone's voice, it's an actor. One of Capone's relatives worked with an actor to reconstruct his voice from their memory because his voice was never recorded. What you have there is that reconstruction. It's not Capone it's an actor. I know because I've heard it many times... Capone's voice was never recorded. Remember, in the 1920s, which is when Capone was most active, and famous (or infamous ) there weren't many mics around, hence the silent movie era. By the time recording via microphone became more prevalent Capone was in jail and no one was interested in hearing what he had to say anymore...
