I CLEARLY don't play around with Premiere enough. This was a GREAT tutorial for some fun and basic stuff.

If you can't locate your effects tab (because this video fails to tell you where it's even located)
At the top left where it says 'File, Edit, Clip, etc...) go to 'View'. Select effects and you will now see the tab shown in the video.

You're welcome. It really frustrated me that is wasn't there and this video DOES NOT tell you how to make it visible. (I am upset because this was supposed to be a how to video but i was still forced to figure it out on my own.)
