Sir I need one help Can we convert solid works assembly drawing directly to AutoCAD DXF or DWG format without going to Drawing bar?

Why is the profile always added to the outer side of defined dimensions? so in the beginning you sketched a rectangle, and then you applied tubing to it, and this tubing is on the outside. Can tubing be applied on the inside of the sketch? So that the outer dimensions are the exact dimensions?
