I dont even have to go close to a person to get him known. It could be told from a distance and in a single look, if I shall approach him or not. And all that is part of my natural thought process. Have you ever met someone and instantly felt ill at ease? Like you wanted to step back from them or walk away? Its a good indicator of an evil or untrustworthy person..go with your gut feeling it won't betray you...I've met people who have frightened me..and I wanted to run...I've met those who have told me everything about themselves in the first few minutes and I've met people who wouldn't look at you when you spoke to them...look at their face.
You can tell if they are nervous..shy or hiding something ..facial expression speaks volumes.

This is good but discernment is key. I always shake one of my legs when they're crossed. If I increase the speed/rythm of the shaking it could mean that I'm happy, angry, or bored.
