My school which is a adhd, autistic and gifted school went to a Mosques for a field trip and I loved the beautiful structure and kind people there! The girls (including me) even got to try on a hijab if we wanted! It was one of the most fun and unique field trips ever!

I went to a Christian funeral once and one of the mourners was Muslim and he asked if he was allowed in the church, I said of course everyone is welcome

It's just like with churches I for example don't know of any church that kicks out people of other or no religions. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My sister in law was a manager at a masjid and they taught children how to read Quran and Islamic studies, I asked if I could come to see what she did there, I went once loved the experience and all of the people, from that moment I decided I would like to learn the Quran so I ended up going five days a week and learning Quran and Islamic studies, 6 months later I went to see my husband in Kashmir who was waiting for his spouse visa, and after 3 weeks there I took my shahadah to my husband and my in laws surprise. That was almost 10 years ago now.

I'd like to visit a mosque without bothering anyone, since I am really curious about muslims. The religion is just so beautiful, and I really like the idea of covering one self fully, it makes me feel safer!

I used to go to a Muslim school last year and the year before but there were some Hindus and Christians there too, Muslim students are cumpolsorily told to attend the mosque for Asr prayer everyday unless you have difficulties. When I attended the prayers and a few times during the prayer and jum'ah times my Hindu bestfriend used to attend with me- since quarantine we haven't been able to see eachother haha
And I'm back to the country I used to be in two years ago so I don't think I'll see her soon unless it's holiday :(

First time I went to a masjid, I went in as a non-Muslim and left a Muslim. Almost 18 years ago (March, 2003), Alhamduillah.

Yes, when i go to my parents home town i used to rest in masjid. They welcoming and allow me as long as i keep the area clean and masjid's floor is the best thing ever. I don't know in other countries but masjid's floor always cold, great.

The youth group of my church actually made a field trip to one of the biggest mosques of our country (Germany). Although they all knew we were Christians we were treated very nicely. Inter religious dialogue is important.

The mosque I used to live near would have a street fair to celebrate Eid. There was food, a bounce house for kids to play in, and games. They also had community dinners from time to time. They always invited people from our neighborhood to attend. The first time I was invited, I told them I wasn’t Muslim. They told me that was ok, everyone was welcome. The imam was very nice, and I’d sometimes see him hanging out with the minister of the church that was next door.

I did enter masjid and mosque my friend invited me to go and observed their daily prayer, i was amazed .. i remembered i was sitting at the back and quietly observing them they are welcoming and respectful. I did that for school documentary .. i made a enjoyable conversation to the muslim people there . ♥️

Also mentioning bad experiences, I grew up learning that my local mosque was extremely racist and biased, this helped worsen my fear of islam. However I realised other mosques weren't the same and slowly undid the blind fold i had on me. That local mosque that I hated was also built upon (riba) just an fyi...

I actually was at a mosque yesterday, and I’m a Catholic. We were doing a letter writing campaign to support a cease-fire in Gaza. House of worship are places where everybody should be welcome.
