I have the same experience. I was Christian and I met a Muslim man. He was reciting and his voice was so beautiful and pure and I started to cry and I knew I wanted to convert to Islam. We are now Islamic married and I am converted. I am so greatful for this blessing from Allah.

Assalamu alaikum. Same thing happened to me. I was on a phone call with a friend from Egypt. We both went silent for a moment, when he started to speak, I asked him to stop because I was listening to what he had in the background. He asked if I understood Arabic, I said no. (I'm from the U.S.)
He then sent me the link and I've been listening to the Qu'ran recited ever since.
I heard Allah and I converted to Islam about three months ago. Alhamdulillah

I used to work in a boarding school for boys with behaviour problems in an English village. I was the only Muslim. I used to recite Quran to help them sleep. After a while they used to ask for me when I wasn’t working so they could listen to Quran before sleep. Thank you boys for helping me learn Surah mulk. I pray Allah guides you all, give you peace and accepts your good deeds. May Allah forgive us for our shortcomings. Ameen.

This story holds true for me as well. I I didn't know any arabic, I was not Muslim and know a year and a half later I still listen to Quran recitations. All praise belongs to The One and Only Creator.

I believe him because it has the exact same effect on me and I'm not Muslim. I used to listen to music made specifically for relaxation but now I listen to recitations of the Quran and I've never felt such peace. My knowledge of Arabic is very limited as well.

I was so sad about my Dad’s death, and a song that Sain Zahoor was singing came on, and my grief lessened. Later I found a translation of the lyrics to English, the song was about how Allah helps us through our times of need.❤️Allahu akbar!

The same thing happens to me every time I listen to Quran. There is something special about the Quran and for 20 years I get the same feeling, Alhumdullilah.

Subhanallah! Our souls were created from the word of Allah (“kun” fa ya kun: Be and it is) so when we listen to the beautiful words of our Lord (be Muslim or non muslim) our hearts feel at peace because finally our souls are being fed. Alhamdulillah for Islam and everything! May Allah keep us steadfast and firm on his precious deen and may he guide us all

Yeah i used to listen to "earth music" to calm me down, one day i came accross a link to a muslim gentleman reacting to a Quran verse; the man singing "Quran" in the video, it was so powerful it brought tears down my face and i went from stressed to calm as water... I know from time to time listen to it and i hate to admit it but that book is something like no other book... 😯 #us westerners always call muslims terrorists but islam is the opposite of it... Its the Zionist owned media lying to us... 🙂

Few years back, I was in deep grief and because of that I became depressed. One day, my roommate played the Quran on her phone. Upon hearing that, it felt as if all the unbearable pain was lifted off my chest. At that moment, my heart was finally comforted. It's such a peculiar feeling because I do not understand or know what exactly it was. She then told it was Surah Taha. Since then, I have been listening to that and memorised some of the lines. Whenever I'm sad, I'll turn it on. Slowly, I started exploring other Surah too. I don't speak Arabic, so some of the lines I've memorised probably sound very off when I "sing" it.

No wonder the Holy Quraan is, in fact, a miracle for the ears.

Just like neo japan, indonesian muslim youtuber who lived in Japan. His non-muslim japanese boss used to listen to Quran from his smartphone. The weirdest thing is his boss doesn’t know anything about Islam or muslim. It’s weird but phenomenon like that is really happening

It's beautiful masha'allah tabarakallah. I'm a revert to Islam. I dreamt about a man singing one night (before I heard an adhan or surahs) this was during the time I borrowed a Qur'an to prove it was a lie. SubhanAllah, every time I picked up the Qur'an I felt warmth around me like a hug and I couldn't put the Qur'an down. One night I dreamt the above about a man singing and about 3 days later I took Shahada after finishing the Qur'an. 2 days after this was a jummah Salah which was my first ever prayer. I was sat down and heard the same singing (what I thought was singing at the time) and also when in salah too which was in my dreams. I asked a Muslim brother what is he singing and he smiled and said it was the adhan, the call to prayer and when in prayer it was surahs, parts of the Qur'an being recited. I couldn't stop smiling and he was so happy when I told him I heard this in my dreams before becoming a Muslim. I learnt to pray and and I used to dream I woke up and was making wudhu and then the adhan was just starting and SubhanAllah, I used to wake up at the start of the adhan that was in my dream and it used to be 5 minutes before fajr salah started every time, SubhanAllah. Becoming a Muslim was the best thing I've ever done and has changed my life in so many ways for the best.
