I've been doing these diastasis recti exercises for months now (learned them from a physical therapist) but I was having such a hard time figuring out how to keep my lower back down on the floor, plus I felt like it took forever to loose a few inches off my waist. I found your video 3 days ago and the difference between your exercises and all the other I've seen is the resistance band you hold onto . THAT is some golden info right !!! Not only did it help keep my lower back down on the ground (which keeps my core tight) but my thighs are now feeling the burn as well as my arms. I dont know if it's just because the resistance band helps keep your body straight or what but it definitely makes a huge difference. Thank you so much for creating this video and helping other mom's feel good about themselves again.

These exercises really do work my 4 finger diastasis recti opening has closed to just 1 1/2 finger opening in just 3 months. These exercises are brilliant 😊

I’m 11mo pp and have been so depressed abt my stomach. I’ve always been slim so when I talk about my insecurities with my stomach I don’t think ppl take me seriously. I’m so excited I found your channel and I’ll try these exercises for 30 days and check back in
