Hey #sortedfood, i would like to thank you guys for all the recipes which look amazing but difficult to do as our appartment does not have a lot of facilities like an oven. Hope you can provide some recipe ideas for nice university food ideas which are lean and healthy but not to expensive. So what has garlic bread got to do with pasta?
I’m half Italian, half British, so I’ll try and explain: Pasta + garlic bread is a very British thing! What we do in Italy is use fresh, plain ciabatta bits to mop up any leftover sauce from the plate so as to 1. not waste any of mamma‘s sugo and 2. clean the plate because we eat salad after the main course.
