Hi Jon, I got a copy of The Climbers many years ago, and I've always liked it. It's a simple game that both experienced players and anybody new to the hobby seem to enjoy. Nice to see somebody talk about it :-)

For the sound... I appreciate the upgrade and fine tuning. It sounds crisp and a little louder, but in a good way. I think you found the sweet spot.

As far as # of views go...I don't always agree that you have to play a game a dozen times to come to a valid conclusion. Sometimes we just know if we just do not like a game and that it will not improve after the 3rd or so time. I would agree that at least 3 times is a good number. More may be necessary if you feel like your opinion could change in a big way either for good or bad.

Hi Jon: regarding Bloodborne: since boss monsters don't escape while regular monsters do (after one round), health values for each type have different in game consequences (making the battles different). That's kind of a "different ability", but certainly makes fighting a boss more epic than fighting a regular monster.

Hey Jon, the new mic sounds good! I own the same one, and I love it, but I never thought to use it as a boom mic. I usually use it for voice over and Let's Plays on my other YT channel. The quality here is fine, as long as your boom setup is stable and safe, then keep going with it. You might want to invest in a Sennheiser shotgun mic for booming purposes eventually, as that's much lighter, and is meant for that purpose as opposed to the Blue Yeti, which is more suited for tabletop use.

With respect to audio, your levels here are spot on. Mars review was way low, First Class was better but still on the lower end, and here is perfect imho.

Mic quality sounds good. It's slightly more...I dunno, muted(?), but actually in a good way. Sounds more smooth?

Anyway, Victorian-era dark horror fantasy is what I'd consider Bloodborne! =D I just played it for the first time today! I loved it. Watched a few reviews on it and I can see the pros and cons to all aspects of the game.
