Funny that you already mentioned Concordia and you were going to talk about it more when you were answering the Clans of Caledonia question. I think Concordia is almost a streamlined version of the Clans of Gaia Mystica. There is area control, converting resources, building near other players gets you bonuses, your player board gets more powerful throughout the game, etc. Sure Concordia isn't nearly as complex as those games but there are a fair amount of similarities.

Haven't been gaming much, I think my gaming kind of ramps up as the year goes on, at the beginning of the year I think I have a hangover still from massive Essen game lists and year end lists from previous year.  Peace

Really liked the throwback reviews on the games of note. I'm surprised that the co-op game play throughs seem to take longer than the competitive ones, very interesting.

Congrats again Jon for the successful pledge drive! Bought Equinox off of BGG Marketplace for $5 (+$4 s/h)! Looking forward to trying it out. Now which game in my collection should leave to make space??? ; )
