Being 64 years old with Fibromyalgia is difficult but I have being doing yoga from childhood and it helps with easy movements some days can be hard but these exercises is a charm. Remember age is a. Number we can do whatever we want to once we put our minds to it you want to live longer healthier do these exercises it will change how you feel and improve your mind start reading or any old hobbies stay young God Bless

this stuff really works guys. truly. there are also many variations of each of these points listed. even the 10 or 15 minutes a day, will make you feel better.the cool thing about this, and tai chi, and its cousins, is that you can do it softly or hard. slow or fast. depending on your age, goals, flexibility.

I do cardio and strength training alternating daily 5 days a week. Thanks for these exercises I will incorporate them in my daily routine. I usually spend 15-20 mins. a day exercising.
