2016 was my eldest daughters first time at Glastonbury. I was touring abroad (I'm a rock n roll bus driver) When i get a txt msg asking " Dad who should I see?" Her options where .. some Crapper wrap band or ELO. Suffice to say that after the first 2 bars of Mr Blue She called me. Dad.. I Love you.

It's hard to imagine now, but "Mr Blue Sky" was just another minor song in ELO's deep catalog and got almost no radio play in the US for 25 years. That all changed in 2002, when a Volkswagen commercial finally brought it into the mainstream consciousness. Masterpiece.
