Today Friday October 16, 2020 5.16pm it helped me, I updated the audio as it says in the video and then I realized I had a CD, I took it off my laptop, I restarted it and the audio was fixed THANK YOU
I had this for a year, on youtube and deezer the volume would go up by itself, when I stopped playing or when I changed video or song

Disableing and enabaling the device in device manager worked for me(both actions i did before the reastart). Thank you for all the solutions!
