Fixed my Canon TS8360 / TS 8360, thanks so much. On this model the sequence is slightly different I think from the video. Process: Hold power button and while sceen is dark tap the top left of the panel, then continue holding power and tap four time on STOP (top right, the power light will blink as you tap four times), lastly let go of the power button and she will reset.
