Kino's continued partnership with the 3-D Film Archive keeps me buying over and over, every release is amazing!

I have never bought from Kino Lorber, but these monthly hauls are becoming increasingly more attractive. Keep them going, Heath!

Thanks for sharing, Heath! I like that Kino is so open about their releases, giving folks that anticipation.

My heart soared when you started talking about silent film ❤ I’m thrilled that Brokeback Mountain got a 4K release because, man, did that film DESTROY me when I watched it for the first time. That was how many years ago and I STILL think about that movie all the time.

Kino's Brokeback Mountain release was excellent and I'm happy with it. The movie is important and it's never looked better, that ending still makes me teary-eyed and I always watch through the end credits because the music is THAT impactful.

It's fun to see a ton of movies that came out while I worked at the movie theater getting boutique releases

I care about silent films! I happily buy any pre-code material any label releases - these are treasures.

Thanks as always for covering the DVD releases. They would sail under the radar if you didn't!

I still have my 3D TV and appreciate what few Blu Ray releases that come out. The last 3D TV was released in 2017, but there's several projectors still being made that are 3D compatible.

I'm a fan of silent film. I've got a few from the Eureka label which are great. Films like Metropolis, Nosferatu, The Cat and the Canary etc. And then there's the comedies of Buster Keaton, Harold Lloyd and Charlie Chaplin. Just classic stuff!

I usually buy Kino discs every other week! They ship within 24 hours of orders being placed. Every item l have ordered has been terrific quality. Not all the movies have been winners, but you can't beat their pricing and their pricing makes it worth the risks on some of their lesser-known titles. They are TOPS in my book.

As usual, great update! I think you undersold UNDERGROUND ACES, though. Michael Winslow! Audrey Landers! Randi Brooks! Sid Haig! Music by the Commodores.

There were only 4 new films by Patrice Leconte released by KL this month, though. Three of the films in the DVD set were also the blu-ray releases you covered. THE GIRL ON THE BRIDGE is my pick to click of all of the films released by KL this month. Beautiful black and white photography, magical tale, Marianne Faithful on the soundtrack, and great performances by Daniel Auteuil and Vanessa Paradis.

Kino is KINGo!!!

As a Theatre Kid, I think it's great to see Kino putting their American Film Theatre movies on Blu. I have several of these, and continue to hope that more will be released, especially ones like ANTIGONE and TROJEN WOMEN. (And when you noted that you were ending with your favorite thing ... well, I probably don't have to tell you what song from what classic musical went through my mind ... )

And, yes, I will be jumping on REVIVAL '69 like a hyena on carrion.

When I saw the Saxon related 4K announcements I said to myself, "Didn't see that coming."

Projectors work with 3D movies, and VR headsets as well (specifically, the 4XVR software on the Quest series of headsets can work if you have the right setup)

Every release from the 3-D Archive makes me kick myself for not buying a 3-D TV when they were readily available! I've got a handful of titles (including "Robot Monster"), on the off chance that a used one conveniently presents itself. My bluray players are both 3-D ready...so it's just a matter of timing.
Outside of "Bwana Devil", nothing jumps out at me (thank you, I'll be here all week), but the sheer variety is dazzling. Great days in physical media!

Yea anything Horror will sell, I enjoy a lot of older Horror, but not a Horror Head like some people are, wish some other genres of older films got the kinda love that Horror did, but if it doesn't sell it doesn't sell, but yea everything Horror will sell from what I have seen, like over half the Boutique leabels are basically just Horror labels, one reason I love Kino so much, they release a ton of non Horror films unlike VS, SF, ect

Heath, I think John Saxon is an underrated actor. I am going to check out some of the titles mentioned in this video. I am going to have my mom watch NO Way Out w/ Gene Hackman…. I am definitely going to watch Revival 69. I also need to grab an Amoeba Music t-shirt. Totally forgot to when I was there a year & 1/2 ago.

OOh! I'm very excited. I've been keeping my eyes open for a few years waiting for Bwana Devil to be released in 3D. I have almost all the stuff the 3D archive & Flicker Alley have released in 3D & this one's almost the holy grail. Yay!!!
