Всё таки..борьба намного практичнее..там нету лишних телодвижений., кстати очень эффективно используют борьбу именно женщины...т.к.у них генетич.заложен инстинкт самосохранение..это -ловкость+сила.

Too many karate techniques are too staid, .. too overly structured, .. and way too mechanical like, .. functionality wise.
The results are serious limitations against even mid level mma guy's, .. and virtually lollypop "zero" chances against mma top liners !!!
