Really slick build. and great presentation. Thank you for actually filming nice video and keep it short and sweet. so many TH tours are either slideshows of static pics, with no sense of scale, or 40+ minutes long drawn out productions covering every nook and cranny in full detail.

Love this tiny home. You did mention that the large closet could be used for a washer/dryer but didn't point out that the hookups were inside already. Very handy. Love the bathroom and kitchen area, and the overal design and finishes in this tiny home, but the fridge being only one drawer, even though it's a big one, would be really tough for full-time living, I think, at least for more than one person. Even living in a motorhome, we have a bigger RV fridge than that. Nice to know that it's customizeable, tho. Great job with the video, G. You're a natural!

It's great to see G back! You are probably getting feedback about this already but have you considered going more technical? For example, the brand and efficiency of fridge, the connection points in the pantry, how any water, cooling and sewage systems work. Price points and any other technical factors that will affect a buyer, links to the model / the company?

Love your Tiny Home series. You are getting this down, Gina! I like the way you point out the different ways to customize the space. Have you guys considered including a standard formatted intro on these, maybe tagging an outside view with dimensions and the designer and mode name? Throwing in some technical details would enhance your tours too, such as base weight on towables, or info about the platforms, insulation, or other facts that the manufacturer had considered. What makes each one different from the others? Just some ideas... glad you found a niche that will work with this chapter of your lives!

Very unusual fridge. I have never seen one exactly like this. It is nice for us older folks to see a hand rail on the steps. Overall, this is a very livable tiny home.

This is the first tiny home that uses a conventional staircase to get to the loft. Nearly all other tiny homes force people to climb a rope ladder or a wall, or some other ridiculous method to get into the loft. Its all fine and dandy when your young, but if you have an injury or are not able to walk, those unconventional methods to get upstairs can become prisons. Conventional stairs will also help with resale value.

So I suppose that starting at 65000 doesn't defeat the freaking purpose of downsizing, avoiding mortgage(mort means death in Latin) simplifying and all the right reasons for the tiny house movement
