What to Say To Your Ex To Win Them Back

What’s up guys, Brad Browning here…. in this video, I’m going to tell you what to say to your ex to win them back.

So, what should you say to win back your ex? The answer to that question is actually very simple…. NOTHING.

I’m serious. You shouldn’t be saying anything to your ex at all if you want them back. Now I know that may sound a bit ridiculous if this is the first time you’ve seen one of my videos, but I promise that saying pretty much anything to your ex right now will actually do more harm than good.

This is one of the single biggest mistakes that people make when trying to win back their ex. In fact, some of my coaching clients still make this mistake, even after they’ve read my Ex Factor program and heard me tell them it’s a bad idea. They’ll think that they know better, and that they can apologize or beg or sweet talk their way back into their ex’s arms.

I know this goes against all common sense -- I mean, how can you possibly get back together with your ex if you’re not even talking to them -- but I promise that it is 100% for sure the best thing you can do after a breakup. So, please do yourself a favour and take my advice on this: don’t try to convince your ex that he or she should take you back. It’s not going to work, and in fact it’s only going to make you look like a pathetic loser… and why on earth would your ex want to jump back into a relationship with someone like that?

If you’ve just recently broken up with your ex -- as in, within the last couple of weeks -- then now is a perfect time to cut off communication with your ex. If you’ve seen my other videos here on YouTube, then you know that this is called the “30 Day No Contact Phase”. You may have already seen some other relationship and breakup experts recommending something similar online.

i've found that the no contact rule really does work. i dated this guy and he broke up with me for a petty reason. i unconsciously started the no contact rule. A little while later, he contacted me saying that he has had lonely nights without me, he hates himself for leaving me, etc. i dont want him back, but i just wanted to share that with anyone who was doubting this. Your ex will not forget about you...even after months of no contact. Only time this doesnt work is if the person you were with didnt care or love you at all to begin with...again, ive been in that situation also.

I don't know why but Brad makes me feel empowered. I started having a no contact attitude and acting as though I don't care anymore about the guy who rejected me and it made me feel so much better, not reaching out to him in any way, not even with my eyes. I can see how it can help a person move on. It wasn't even an ex, just someone whom I had a major crush on and who send mixed signals and ended up rejecting me. Hey Brad thanks a lot for your videos and the knowledge you give us for free!
Long story short: After a 6 months relationship and intense love, she told me she feels to pressured and it's "not you, it's me". I realize was clingy and maybe controlling and I noticed things were not like in the begging. She told me she wants a break, a week later I broke up with her after pleading and such, but I took my stuff and left. 2 days later she came over to bring some clothes and we eventually ended up making out. I proposed friends with benefits but she said it's too early and she needs time. I initiated no contact afterwards and it has been almost a week now. I am waiting and improving my life atm. Is there something I should do differently? Thanks!!

Thank you for all your advice And helping me through my very hard breakup as I have been watching all your videos and trying to implement your ways to get my Ex girlfriend back.

We were together for 6 -1/2 years . I broke it off a couple times and we always came back together then our recent breakup .. I again!! Broke up with her and said i " feel nothing anymore " and was done for good . After 6 months of trying to date other women and having fun .. I realize I messed up big time and Need her back for " GOOD " this time ! I bought her flowers . Wrote a note, we were intimate everything seemed fine .. then 5 days later she said the same thing as i did " i feel nothing " and she said she was talking to guys when i was gone to fill the " void " I told her im serious and want to put a ring on it this time .. she admitted that she did se a change in me and I was" emotionally " there then i ever have been in our long relationship! Idk if she has someone else .. or what to do .. i dont know if i struck out as it this would of been the 3rd time and I came back again ! But now I realize that she truly is the love of my life and Her parents have told her to give me one last chance .. I Really could use your advice as I am in some serious depression over this . I've been pleading and begging.. I'll admit. It's been over a month since we broke up. Is it too late to try this no contact rule? He completely ignores EVERYTHING I say or do. my ex keeps calling me continuously that's why i can't go longer than 5hours doing the "no contact" because he also messages me things like "i thought you said you wanna be friends, why do u ignore me now? friends for now, we'll get back together soon." or things like "i feel so depress now, cant contact you.. thought you're the only one who wont leave me"
