100 Hours with Mark Wiens in Phoenix, Arizona!! (Full Documentary) Mexican and Indian Street Food!!

I traveled to Phoenix, Arizona to meet up with my good friend Mark Wiens for an unparalleled 3-day food adventure! Come with us as we eat our way through Phoenix, Arizona for 72 hours! On our first day together, we kicked off our adventure with a full day of Indian food! We started The Dhaba Restaurant & Market Place. There, we had pani puri, dahi puri, chicken seekh kebabs, garlic naan, butter chicken, chicken karahi, malai kofra, and chicken biryani!

I've realized that David's gift is not necessarily the food knowledge, but rather just connecting with people. He would make a killing in sales because he can connect with complete strangers in just a few seconds. He's also a very good presenter and has a lot of enthusiasm and energy.

The potato fries with the cheese and sauce is like the Indian version of Canadian poutine. Great job editing and continuity. Is that Carlos who is going to join your team? To all the people who are commenting that Mark and or David might be stoned or on something, please DON'T. These guys are foodies and their expressions when enjoying the food are REAL. Please don't assume anything. And for anyone who says that this is old or repeat videos, it's called a DOCUMENTARY for a reason showing clips of past videos.
