Kids, always handle poultry with disposable gloves on.

Also, totally submerge the bird in brine.

Hi! I am wondering you have the proportion / recipe at all? I’m not sure how much salt or sugar to add . My turkey says basted on the packaging should I cut down the salt?

After dry brining how long do u leave the turkey before cooking it? Can i wash it of and add some melted butter over the breast?

As a chef you left all those nice herbs and peppercorns in the pot you dumped the brine out of. Gotta let it marinate with the bird

It's not submerged at all in that bag, a pot would be way better, she left all the seasoning behind in the pot, and when she tried to show us how easy it was to close the bag with that clip it wasn't really closing. It was only closed in the next shot.
