I'm back again with yet another EAS scenario. I've looked into the potential ARkstorm scenario that is due to impact California at some point and I thought I would try and make an attempt on this scenario. I believe this is the first EAS scenario out there exploring this event and I know it might not be the best one due to the fact that I don't have all of the good software like some of the other EAS creators out there, but it is an honest attempt. If anyone else wants to make an EAS scenario on the California ARkstorm, go ahead. Otherwise, I hope you guys enjoy this scenario!
