Magnificent! Made this genius dish a few times after seeing the original show on public tv. Couldn't remember the name so lost track of the recipe/video while moving to a new state.. Oh! but now, rediscovered! Me and da wife do not eat out. Many years since in a restaurant, save for our favorite carry out pizza.🙂 Why spend so much more when you can have delicious professional quality meals that you can do in your kitchen when great chef's like Rick make it so simple.

why not use the water from the soaking chillies instead of plain tap water? too much chillie flavor?
