I could see creating a label called errands. Then make lists for the local grocery store, local hardware store, office supply, ect. Then set up reminder based on place. That way, once you goto that place, the reminder pops up. We do this for business. We share some lists with our techs. When they see we are low on consumables (electrical tape, zip ties, screws, etc), they update the hardware store list. If our book keeper sees we're low on something, put it on the list. Then when we head out, the list is populated by the whole staff and we don't have to go around asking whar we're low on.

The drawing feature is great for jotting dimensions. I use it when I need to have a piece of metal cut and bent into a specific shape. I'll draw the shape, with measurements to my metal guy. No need to explain what the shape looks like or what side gets what measurements.
