I initially called my wife over via normal route of payslips, her extension is coming up now. Can I apply for her extension whilst a carer? Or will this affect the case?

Hello, you mentioned that we need 6 proof of addresses. So my question is do we both need to show together 6 proof of address (for husband 3 and wife 3) or is it 6 proof of address per person?
And also we do not pay council tax as we are living with parents so it is mandatory to pay council tax for us?.

Hello I'm just wanting to ask something is you could advice me please. I'm doing my husband's extension that's due to expire 17th August. He's sub contracted and they're asking for his last year's tax and insurance contributions. He has 22/23 but i can't see its possible to submit the last year's until 25. I have a question regarding the absence requirements for my upcoming visa extension. I arrived in the UK on 16 November 2021 on a spouse visa, and my Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) is valid until June 2024. I plan to apply for a visa extension (FLR) approximately one month before it expires.

I am planning to travel outside the UK in October and stay away for around 4 to 5 months. Since I haven't left the UK since my arrival, I am unsure about the allowed duration of absence without affecting my visa extension. Could you please provide guidance on this matter?

I would appreciate any specific guidelines or requirements I should consider during the visa extension process. Prompt feedback would be greatly appreciated as I need to make travel arrangements.

Hi, thank you for the information, it's really useful. I have a question about the financial requirement if you can help please, i am on 28k annual salary and my wife has been emoyeed in a local shop. She is registered with hmrc but always received her monthly salary by cash so there is no record on the bank statements. Can I just include my work payslips and bank statements for my wife's visa extension and leave out her employment details? And last question is about the accommodation requirement, I read on the FLR_M Guaidance Notes that 'the property must be occupied ONLY by you, your partner and dependents'. I live a shared property with my parents and siblings and everyone's names are on the house agreement and council tax bills. Does this mean my wife doesn't qualify for the 5 year route? Any advice to meet this requirement will be much appreciated. Thanks
