UNCONSTITUTIONAL

Clear violation of right to peaceably assemble. That is a textbook intimidation tactic under the law.

It's not about ghost guns. Penn wants a list of doors to kick in

Every single architect of this bill should be held accountable for this Authoritarian action!

Mere attendance at a show DOES NOT warrant state interference. And if you buy a gun, they get you info by law. There is no reason beyond that.

If I was ever asked for ID just to get into a show, I'd tell them to pound sand and leave. I believe many others would do the same.

Any proposed law that attempts to directly or indirectly encroach on any of the Bill of Rights should result in its author and sponsors being immediately removed from office, whether they're elected officials or bureaucrats.

Tell you what. introduced that bill. He doesn't believe in privacy does he? IT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS WHO I AM and why I am there. Bless his heart.

While this bill may not pass all they have to do is have a ' stingray ' device to get all your cellphone info or a license plate reader at these shows to see who went . Big brother is here and is getting harder not to be under some sort of surveillance whether private or government .

They probably already drive cops through the parking lot and scan plates.

Idiocy. Stupidity. Theyve already got the data, and registry are illegal. Screw them.

So, they do not know about the Frame and reciever law. Second, this would stop if lawmakers went to jail for violating rights instead of civil suits. It would also end if they were made to explain exactly how this prevents someone from having the mentality of wanting to commit a crime in the first place.

I'll tell you what. As a PA resident, I'll back this ID requirement right after the state passes a law mandating polling places scan, store, and submit to law enforcement the IDs of anyone entering the premises.

The mental gymnastics to restrict and penalize gun rights while simultaneously refusing to implement any basic voter ID measures are astounding.

Having to give someone's info for any reason at all on demand sounds an awful lot like surveillance. And a likely violation of the 4th or something... this is absolutely idiotic and just another step on the path to more severe violations.

Imagine if they did this to everyone who went into a Walmart because they think they MIGHT drink and drive... and then they can just search everyone's info on a whim because they can and then go from there. And that's not even based on a right, it's just idiotic.
