You're on a roll with your videos recently, Jason. Honestly, watching your video, I could imagine a service where parents (who aren't tech savvy) could easily create a customized book for their children (a way simplified version of Sudowrite), and then using the GPT-4 API and Midjourney API, they get a uniquely written and illustrated story which can then be sent to a print house to be delivered as an actual book. How old is your daughter? If she can speak, you could ask her if she wants to write children’s books with you, instead of reading the same ones again and again? I remember my mother and I writing silly stories together, a rare lovely memory I have of her (I had to go into foster care) Thank you for this, I’ve become disabled and trying to find an income so I don’t have to go into ‘survival sex work’. Apparently it’s common for disabled women in the UK to do this 😐 I remember this wonderful book I read as a child, The Extraordinary Adventures of Karik and Valya (it’s Latvian, iirc, but I read the Romanian translation in Transylvania) it’s about a boy and girl who become shrunken by some scientist (the grandfather?!) and then have fantastic adventures in the garden, meeting insects and such, it was wonderful escapism for my sad little brain ☺️

I really like your desire to actually make a good book. AI is fantastic, it will certainly change (and already has) how many things are done. But far too many use it in a flimsy way because they are - well - lazy. This was a really good process. We will have to look up the following videos.

Any advice on how to get GPT4 to write prose even half as good as Claude? Claude started crapping out on me and I've had to go back to GPT4 kicking and screaming.
