so every time I want to keep working on that document I have dig around in my email to find the link?

How do you create a shareable link to a word document so that others have their own copy? In other words, how do you share the word document with others so they have editing rights to their own individual copies of that document? In Google Docs, it is very easy to share documents with others so that they have their own copies by sharing as "view only". They would then be able to make their own copy of that document so they can edit it. I cannot figure out how to share a Microsoft word document from my Macbook Pro with those same capabilities.
