Let's be real here, Fatal Error can't truly die, as this is basically Nightmare Mode vs Nightmare Sans all over again, with NNM being unable to kill him.

Fatal Error is once Geno, who can't die due to the fact he is in the save screen. So when Error tried to erase him, his code got all messed up and actually gotten stronger ever since. Stats don't matter when your hacks can literally just carried you to oblivion. Fatal also scales to Error, who said Error have statements and feats that put him and Fatal on par with Nightmare, who is also capable of taking down his imposter.

Let's not forget the fact about Error Sans in general. In contrary to everyone said, CQ actually said that Error is a powerful Sans, with him being able to erase Universes with Infinite timelines. The part where CQ said that he is only a slightly more powerful Sans has been either a joke or has been change since later on she said that Error is very much powerful. Error also lives inside of a place known as the Anti-Void, a dimension of area that is outside of a AU, which is automatically make someone unaffected of time and space. Obviously it isn't confirm, but it is likely since he can manipulate the Anti-Void Code, when he can create portals or create screens that look into his past. This power is called "Spatial-Temporal Lock" and it's basically allows someone to be immune or unbound by Space time.

Fatal's powers are a bit weak, but his defence is clearly superior since he survived Error's attacks while Error himself can't for some reason. Fatal also shown to copied and paste code, allowing him to quite literally copied anything with code. He can copied NNM's attacks, use others he copied, and more.

So, the fight would inevitably run on Fatal's favor, as his hacks, his defence, and his fight with Error would put him leads above what NNM would dish out.
