If the fluid never appears, the resolution may be too low.

It's not working for me. I try thrice, same as shown in the video but still water is not flowing.

Doesn't work for me, it just gives me a box in the shape of the domain

You may have to up your resolution divisions on your domain object. But I had to up the surface emission on my flow object to get liquid to appear. Hopefully this helps.
